• Free shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after shipment

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• You must initiate the process within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or opened Leather & Tack Care products (conditioners, cleaners)
• Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for approval and return authorization (RA) number (within 2 business days)
4. Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly marked

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• For exchanges, replacement items are shipped once returned products are received and approved
• Standard or free shipping applies for replacement items as per your original order
