Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or opened Leather & Tack Care products (e.g., conditioners, cleaners).
- Any personalized or custom-made items (if applicable).

- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
